The cairn terrier is an intelligent, feisty, companionable breed. It enjoys a good run and games, but it also needs training to keep its assertive behavior under control. A sensible, confident breed, the cairn terrier will be active well into its later years. As Toto followed Dorothy down the yellow brick road, this little dog will be faithful and snugly along the road you take. Finding a puppy may take time, but when you do find one, you will have years of laughter and pleasure from this breed.
