Find A Listing Of Pet Friendly Hotels

Traveling with your pups is rewarding but difficult.

Traveling with a pet has its perks, but also comes with its own set of difficulties. Finding a motel that will accept you and your pet can be a challenge for passionate pet owners, who may face hefty fees or outright denials. If you like to travel with your pet and frequently stay in motels, build a list of pet friendly locations so you know where to stop the next time you are on the road.

Instructions

1. Determine which state you will be in when you need a motel. The more specific your destination, the easier the search.

2. Point your browser to an online listing of dog friendly accommodations such as Pet Friendly Hotels, Dog Friendly and Pet's Welcome.

3. Browse through the listings on each website. Enter the city and state in which you will be staying.

4. Compare rules, fees and deposits for each motel. Some allow dogs to stay free, while others may have a weight limit on pets. Find the one that is best for you.
