Pup Scouts
Pup Scouts offers group training in basic and advanced obedience, as well as private one-on-one training. In-home training is also available. Other classes include puppy potty camp for housebreaking, teacup agility for dogs under 17 inches tall, kids showmanship training for those ages 9 to 17, and doga, or yoga for dogs and their owners. For dogs with aggression, shyness or other behavior issues, Pup Scouts offers behavioral counseling. Other services include doggie daycare and pet-sitting.

City Canine
City Canine has classes in obedience, rally, American Kennel Club (AKC) show obedience and therapy dog work. Their one-acre wooded facility, which includes boarding, has several fields for training and play. Eight-week training programs are held in basic, advanced, rally and show preparation obedience. Private, hour-long lessons are available. City Canine also hosts a two-week board and train program for difficult dogs, where the animal is initially trained by professionals and owners are then given instruction.

Prestonwood Kennels
Located on five acres, Prestonwood Kennels offers training, boarding and grooming. The facility boasts a 100 by 100 foot outdoor agility training ring, top agility equipment and training for all levels. Classes include basic obedience, puppy socialization, novice classes for those interested in pursuing obedience titles, and a monthly advanced obedience class. Private lessons are available, as is behavioral counseling and a two-week board and train program. Earn the AKC canine good citizenship award in Prestonwood Kennel's ten-step program for both pure and mixed breeds.
