Traveling with the family pet is common. In the area around Walt Disney World in Florida, there are a number of hotels that offer pet friendly accommodations. At Walt Disney World, there is a deluxe pet boarding kennel, where the pet can reside while the family tours the many attractions during the day. The parks within the resort do charge a daily fee to board.

The hotel is located only two miles from the Medieval Times dinner theater, where guests can enjoy a full dinner while watching knights joust. SeaWorld is located only six miles from the hotel.
